Being an employer or manager can be isolating and lonely. Not everybody understands the pressures and burdens an employer must carry, and s/he often has noone to share them with. Bringing them home to the family can be disruptive and painful.

Sharon offers a space for employers and managers to gain perspective, create a self-care program that includes decompressing from work pressures and balancing home life with work demands.

Sharon’s support for businesses includes programmes for:
